You can cancel any time from your patient portal, or by emailing support@coivas.com. Cancel before your next shipment is processed to avoid the following billing cycle. If a shipment has already been processed, the cancellation applies to the cycle after that.
Prescription medications that have shipped generally can't be returned. Refunds are reviewed for cases such as a consultation that never took place, a duplicate charge, or a membership fee paid when no prescription was issued.
