Shipping Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

1. Overview

We partner with licensed, NABP-accredited compounding pharmacies to fulfill prescription medication orders. All shipping is handled directly by the dispensing pharmacy on your behalf. This policy describes how and when your medications are shipped.

2. Prescription Processing Time

After your provider issues a prescription, the dispensing pharmacy typically processes and prepares your order within 1–3 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Expedited Shipping is included for every order. Typical delivery time is 2–3 business days.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Certain states may have restrictions on the shipment of specific compounded medications. If your prescription cannot be shipped to your state, your provider will discuss alternative options with you.

5. Shipping Costs

Expedited shipping is included at no additional charge.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your shipment confirmation email is sent.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or a secure package location.
  • Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
  • Contact us at help@coivas.com if the package does not arrive within 24 hours of the marked delivery date.

For packages that are lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the pharmacy and carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement shipment.

8. Temperature-Sensitive Medications

Some medications, including certain injectable formulations, require temperature-controlled shipping. The dispensing pharmacy uses insulated packaging and cold packs for these orders. Upon receipt, follow any storage instructions included with your medication.

If you believe your medication was exposed to improper temperatures during shipping, do not use it. Contact us immediately at help@coivas.com for guidance.

9. Address Changes

To update your shipping address, please make changes in your account settings before your order is processed by the pharmacy. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated. Contact us as soon as possible at help@coivas.com and we will do our best to assist.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
